Park Yoga is a free, weekly outdoor yoga session held at Ryton Pools Country Park every Sunday morning. Open to all ages, abilities, and experience levels, it's a chance to move, breathe, and connect with nature in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, Park Yoga is about community, wellbeing, and enjoying an hour outdoors together. Just bring a mat or towel and join us.
