Knee pain doesn’t have to end your yoga practice — it just needs a little more awareness.

Start by warming up the joints gently: ankle circles, supported lunges, and mindful movement help increase blood flow and stability.

Remember — slow is strong.

Building strength around the knees supports healing and stability.

Try poses like Bridge (Setu Bandhasana) or Chair Pose (Utkatasana) — move slowly, keep alignment, and listen to your body.

Strength brings confidence. 🌿

Gentle mobility helps nourish the joints.

Slow Cat-Cow, Supported Low Lunge, or Reclined Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose can help ease tension and encourage balance between flexibility and support.

Finish your knee-care sequence with Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani) or Savasana — allowing circulation, recovery, and calm to flow freely.
