I’m currently waiting for x-rays and physio with the NHS for the pain in my lower back, hips and knees. The discomfort became too much recently and someone suggested I try Reiki therapy.
Yes, I was sceptical, but in all honesty, the whole experience was really positive, and I can only suggest you try it for yourself!
Mark was courteous, calm and reassuring, and came to my house bringing all he needed with him. The hands-on therapy was very light but definitely effective, in my opinion - I felt very relaxed and positive afterwards, and had a really good night’s sleep, too!
In addition to the great session, Mark offered good advice about other things that might help me with my pain, such as yoga etc. I will definitely be having more sessions, and would recommend Mark highly to everyone.
